If the customer receives a defective product at any instance, we request you to return it within 7 days of receiving the order for replacement. Our refund or return policy covers any dead-on-arrival items, defective manufacturer items, and items different from specified on the website.

The policy does not cover items damaged by misuse or improper care by the customers. Notice: Return shipping cost is not free. You will be responsible for paying for it. In addition, return shipping is refundable only if you received the defective or wrong item(s).

A return label will be provided if you receive the wrong item(s) or an item is defective. We request you return the merchandise within 7 days of receiving the product at the address you provided us. We’ll conduct an inspection and test your merchandise upon receipt of return. If we find them defective, we will immediately replace the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is unavailable, we offer you a refund to your original payment form to make your online purchase. Else, if the test results prove the returned merchandise is determined to be fully functional, we hold the right to return the merchandise or issue a store credit. Should you receive the wrong item(s) or an item is DOA, a return label will be provided. Please return the merchandise within 7 days from the shipped date to our Returns address after contacting us.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect and test your merchandise. If found defective, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Else If during testing of your merchandise, it is determined that it is fully functional, we reserve the right to return the merchandise or issue a store credit.

Returns must include all items that you received with your product. It includes starter kits and items that come as a set. It would be appreciated if you could include the packaging that your item came in if you still have it.
